Conditions of Use

Terms and conditions:

 1. Goods MUST BE unused, un-worn, not tried on and un-opened as we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions.

2. Faulty goods can only be returned after prior authorisation and a return number is given. Please contact us on link on main page.

3. Faulty goods must be received back at our office within 7 days from the day you receive your order.

4.Used Lingerie, items of clothing and costumes are non refundable and non exchangeable. Any issues about items delivered, you must contact us within 3 days after delivery.

5. Faulty goods will be exchanged for the identical item only, and only when the faulty item has been returned and checked that it is unused.

6. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice. Any items returned to the you, if they are refused delivery this will deem you do not want the goods and they will be destroyed. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

 7. The customer is responsible for choosing the correct size of goods, and we will not replace items due to an incorrect size being ordered.

8. Any monies refunded for returns will be subject to a deduction of our standard shipping costs (as detailed on the Shipping info page) for each individual delivery we have made. This includes a charge even if you received free shipping as we have incurred the shipping costs ourselves.

9. The cost of the return is borne by the person returning the goods. The goods are the responsibility of the person returning them until safely received at our returns address. We recommend using a recorded delivery service, as we are not responsible for any lost returns.

10. Any Back order item(s) which we have informed you we have ordered in for your order, if cancelled before dispatch there will be a charge of £15 for each item to cover our costs. Notice is given that free offers and our postage and packaging costs will be accounted for if returned goods take the order value below the free offer level and the free shipping charge level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level. Any Packages returned to us unclaimed via any of our carriers will be subject to a reshipping charge of £5 if still required, or a refund of the order value minus £10 to cover our shipping and handling costs will be made. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to underwearclothes.co.uk within 3 days of the delivery date. Some of the products featured on underwearclothes.co.uk may vary slightly from the images displayed. underwearclothes.co.uk cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or delivered to incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process. Material on underwearclothes.co.uk may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way. Use of underwearclothes.co.uk constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect on the date which you first use the site. We are not registered for VAT and thus none of our prices include any VAT. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
